At She Sask, we are committed to providing fair, transparent, and professional service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and related charges are handled for rides booked through our platform.

By booking a ride with She Sask, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Ride Cancellation by Passenger

Passengers may cancel a ride through the She Sask app.

✅ No Cancellation Fee

No fee will be charged if the ride is cancelled within a short grace period after booking (before the driver is significantly en route).

⚠ Cancellation Fee May Apply

A cancellation fee may apply if:

  • The driver has already started traveling to the pickup location
  • The driver has arrived at the pickup location
  • The cancellation occurs after the grace period

The applicable fee will be displayed in the app at the time of cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy

If a driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger does not arrive within the reasonable waiting time specified in the app, the ride may be marked as a no-show.

In such cases, a no-show fee may be charged to compensate the driver for their time and travel.

4. Ride Cancellation by Driver

If a driver cancels a ride due to unforeseen circumstances, the passenger will not be charged. The system may attempt to match the passenger with another available driver.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

  • Incorrect fare charges
  • Technical errors in payment processing
  • Service-related concerns reviewed by our support team

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact She Sask support before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Policy Updates

She Sask reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Updated policies will be published on our website.
