Driver Terms

1. Introduction

These Driver Terms govern the relationship between She Sask and all approved drivers operating on the She Sask platform. By applying to drive and accepting trips through the platform, you agree to comply with these terms, all applicable provincial and municipal regulations, and She Sask operational policies.

She Sask reserves the right to update these terms as required for regulatory or operational purposes.

2. Driver Eligibility

To operate as a She Sask driver, you must:

  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for passenger transport
  • Meet Saskatchewan vehicle-for-hire requirements
  • Provide required documentation and identification
  • Pass background screening and verification checks
  • Maintain a clean and safe driving record

Approval to drive is subject to verification and compliance review.

3. Vehicle Requirements

Drivers must ensure that:

  • Vehicles meet safety and inspection standards
  • Vehicles are properly registered and insured
  • Commercial auto coverage requirements are satisfied
  • Vehicles remain clean, roadworthy, and professionally maintained

She Sask may require periodic inspection verification.

4. Compliance with Laws

Drivers are responsible for complying with all:

  • Provincial transportation regulations
  • Municipal vehicle-for-hire requirements
  • Traffic and road safety laws
  • Licensing and permit obligations

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

5. Professional Conduct

Drivers must:

  • Provide respectful and non-discriminatory service to all passengers
  • Maintain professional behavior at all times
  • Follow safe driving practices
  • Avoid harassment, misconduct, or unsafe behavior
  • Maintain appropriate communication standards

She Sask operates with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

6. Insurance and Liability

Drivers must maintain required insurance coverage as defined by Saskatchewan regulations and She Sask policy requirements. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their coverage remains valid at all times.

She Sask operates as a platform provider and expects drivers to meet all regulatory obligations related to commercial passenger transportation.

7. Earnings and Payments

Drivers earn income based on completed rides through the platform. Payment structures, commission terms, and payout schedules will be communicated separately through official driver onboarding materials.

Drivers are responsible for managing personal tax obligations in accordance with Canadian law.

8. Suspension or Termination

She Sask reserves the right to suspend or deactivate driver accounts for:

  • Safety violations
  • Regulatory non-compliance
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated passenger complaints
  • Breach of these Driver Terms

Decisions will be made to protect passenger safety and platform integrity.

9. Amendments

She Sask may update these Driver Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
