She Sask is a Saskatchewan-based, women-led ride service providing passenger transportation services through commercially insured vehicles operated by approved drivers.
While our drivers are women, transportation services are available to all genders with equal respect and professionalism.

3. Eligibility

All rides must be requested through the official She Sask platform.
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable fees
- Payments are processed digitally through the app
- Users agree to pay all charges associated with their ride
- Cancellation policies may apply
Failure to complete payment may result in account restrictions.
5. Safety and Compliance
She Sask operates with:
- Commercial auto coverage
- Vehicle-for-hire compliance
- Driver background screening
- Regular vehicle inspections
While we prioritize safety, passengers are responsible for following reasonable safety practices during rides.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details
- Treat drivers respectfully
- Avoid unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior
- Not damage the vehicle
She Sask reserves the right to suspend access for misconduct.
7. Driver Terms
Drivers operate as independent service providers and must comply with She Sask policies, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
Separate Driver Terms may apply and form part of this agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, She Sask shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
- Actions beyond reasonable operational control
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by Canadian law.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to such data practices.
10. Modifications
